Keran Henderson was convicted of manslaughter on a 10-2 majority
A jury foreman who broke the law banning the disclosure of jury room deliberations has been found guilty of contempt of court.
Michael Seckerson told The Times newspaper how a majority verdict was reached in the case of a childminder who was accused of manslaughter.
But two High Court judges ruled that the "robust and highly valued" jury system depended on jurors' privacy.Seckerson and The Times' publishers will now face a fine or prison term.

Indeed they should be fined and sentences should be passed. However, lets not get over excited, they have left a child killer loose so I doubt this juror and the paper will get anything.

Hey J4M, just saw This Morning on ITV. Oh what a horrible story that was about a child who has been left blind because he was shaken. The memories have poured back yet again for me! And to all those non believers that this is not a real thing, the father admitted he had done it and now he is serving a 4 year sentence for GBH. SBS is real, it is still happening and there are too many parents left with the horrific memories of seeing thier child fight for their life and indeed in some cases lose their life. I think setting up some sort of check on men/women for single mothers is a great idea. I certainly would use it as i think i will never trust another person to care for my child after the monster I trusted nearly killed my child. Its horrific this is still happening.
